i stay in this convenient hotel every time i'm in charlotte, because staff and rooms are second to none. romantic view of ocean. unique design of it. situated in a walkable area.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

It was COMFORTABLE time in Charlotte. Reasonably comfortable place to stay, plus it was fairly clean. The stuff was responsive, they showed us what courteous service is supposed to be like. Comfy location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. The quick check-in process too.

Our experience here was fab. Downstairs bar was amazing and fairly clean. Relaxed by the pool, it was heated, especially when the weather was wonderful.
